Fullerton holds a special place in my heart—it’s where I randomly met my wife, Courtney, at a friend’s birthday party at Angelo and Vinci’s. We’ve now been together for 13 years. While my parents are from Pasadena/Altadena, and I spent a lot of time there, Fullerton was the first place I actually lived in California. North Orange County is truly unique, with incredible properties and a vibrant food culture that I’ve grown to love and appreciate. It’s a place that continues to feel like home for both me and my family.

I began my career in real estate in 2001 while studying at Arizona State University. Starting as a Broker's Assistant, I quickly earned the respect of my peers and clients through my work ethic and enthusiasm. In 2012, I relocated to California, transitioning into the title insurance industry. I didn’t know anyone in the local real estate community, so I built my business by establishing my reputation and cultivating relationships one client at a time.

By focusing on service and results, I quickly became the Number 1 Sales Executive at my original title company. In 2016, I joined Fidelity, where I’ve been recognized as a top producer for the last 11 years. I’ve earned numerous accolades, including the Number 1 Sales Executive in Orange County, Top Producer, and Top 10% of Title Revenue Producers.

In addition to my role at Fidelity, I’m the founder of The Nancie Glanzrock Foundation, which connects cancer patients and caregivers with local resources. Over the years, I’ve also mentored and trained a team of title insurance representatives, helping others grow in the industry.

When I’m not working, you can find me and Courtney enjoying a cocktail and steak sandwich at The Cellar most Friday nights. I also love spending time with our two rescue dogs, Murphy and Rebel, and enjoying outdoor activities like golfing, hiking, and snowboarding. North Orange County has been an incredible place for both my family and my career, and I’m proud to continue serving this community.

Janet Trott

There’s a reason why I love working with clients in North Orange County—it’s where I went to school (Sunny Hills) and where my kids attended St. Angela’s, Troy High School, and Rosary High School. My roots run deep in North OC, and it’s where I live and conduct my business.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many of you and your clients make this community their home. It’s incredibly gratifying to help others enjoy the neighborhoods that have hosted me and my family since 1962.

People tell me they appreciate my knowledge, tenacity, and transparency. I’m also known for my dogged follow-up—I don’t let go of a problem until it’s fully resolved.

Thanks to my many years in the industry, I’ve been able to navigate whatever obstacles the market throws my way—foreclosures, recessions, and even pandemics.

My connections and experience make a real difference. For instance, I once helped close three simultaneous transactions with two up-legs out of state!

I’ve been in this industry for over three decades, starting in the late Seventies as a Customer Service Representative. My ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships led me to a role as a Title Representative, and I’ve been honing my skills ever since. I have spent the last thirty years representing my clients’ best interests through every transaction.

Outside of work, I’ve been happily married to my husband, Larry, since the Eighties. We have two wonderful children, and I love spending time with my amazing family. In my free time, I enjoy animals, reading, cooking, and engaging in anything creative.

Born and raised in Fullerton, I’ve spent my entire career building deep roots in the Orange County real estate and title industry. My journey began in 2003 as a receptionist for a lender, quickly progressing to junior processor in 2004. By 2008, I transitioned into escrow, working as an assistant.

I’m a seasoned Title Executive with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. My background spans lending, escrow, and title services, giving me a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of a transaction. I’m known for my warm, client-focused approach, and I navigate challenges with professionalism and ease, ensuring seamless closings and peace of mind for my clients. I’m passionate about providing exceptional service, always going above and beyond to offer guidance, solutions, and unwavering support. With my approachable demeanor and deep industry expertise, I’m a trusted partner in every real estate journey.

I infuse my professional life with the same energy and zest I bring to my personal passions. Happily married to my husband, Cole, we share a love for adventure with our sweet black lab, Bear—who never misses an opportunity to dive into the water at the beach. A devoted foodie and wine enthusiast, I love traveling to new places to immerse myself in different cultures, savor new cuisines, and connect with inspiring people.
